TDSO-050

The TDSO-050 is a compact, low cost digital sampling oscilloscope that performs eye measurements, pattern capture and jitter measurements for high speed SERDES data. At one sixth the cost of a typical sampling scope, it solves the physical and economic limitations of testing of large lane counts. The TDSO-050 is controlled via fast ethernet from an easy to use PC GUI.
